About this site.
mzmlabs.com is the marketing site for MZM Labs Inc. (MZM Labs), a product studio incorporated in Alberta, Canada. The site exists to describe our work and invite project inquiries.
Acceptable use.
Browse freely. Submit project inquiries via our forms. Reference our work in articles, decks, or proposals with credit. Do not scrape, automate, mirror, or republish the site without written permission. Do not attempt to bypass security or harvest contact data — the email obfuscation pattern is intentional.
Content ownership.
The MZM Labs logo, mark, name, voice, design system, and original content on this site are the property of MZM Labs Inc. Case study client logos and product names belong to those clients and are used to describe completed work.
Project engagements.
Forms submitted via /contact or /intake do not create a contract. Project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) we send after the initial conversation. The SOW defines scope, deliverables, timeline, price, IP ownership, and termination terms for that specific project.
Liability.
This site is provided as-is. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or being unable to use this site. Where local law limits this disclaimer, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us under an active SOW (or zero, if no SOW exists).

Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct conversation go to the courts of Alberta. Where you reside in a jurisdiction that grants you additional consumer protections, those apply alongside this clause.
Changes.
Material changes get a new effective date at the top of this page. If you have an active SOW with us, we email you about the change. Silent updates never happen.
